Why is my order still pending?

There can be many reasons why your order is pending.

The most common of these reasons is the fact that you have not paid for your order which means that it will not be created.  Therefore you should pay that outstanding invoice for it to be Active and provision your service!

In some cases though, there may be some other reasons why your order has not gone through. For example, if we are out of space on the location (Node doesn't have available space) that you chose, the billing system will prevent the order from going through to block overselling. 

If you believe that your payment has been completed and you have not received your service within a few moments, please contact us as soon as possible so we can get the issue sorted for you as soon as possible.
